Photo Of Me With Item Question
 

My account got suspended there yesterday and got talking to ebay to ask why and they said its a verification of ownership of the goods, they told me to supply the following

Proof of name
Proof of address
Proof of ownership of item

I can do all 3 of these no problem as i have a tax return letter to prove my name and a virgin media bill to prove my address, I can take a photo with me together with the item and holding a piece of paper with todays date and my ebay username.

However i noticed it says you must supply a passport or driving license also for photo ID???


I dont have either, so just wondering if they will accept the pic of me with item and me holding up a piece of paper with todays date and my username?

What do you guys think?

No, what you mean is I have not got my copy of my birth certificate yet.
Either I'm skint and cant afford to pay to get a copy or I didn't know I could supply a birth certificate are going to work as suitable replies. :)

Then, of course, you may not have UK ID. But you should have something to ID yourself....are you with me so far :spy:

Nothing is certain except that you keep closing down the options. You cannot keep saying I haven't got that. Get what they need.
