Update from my previous post,

Got my ebay account re-instated fine yesterday from submitting documents, Got it back within 20 minutes from talking to CS on chat.

Now here is what i dont get...

Logged into ebay today, Guess what suspended AGAIN!!!

Contacted customer service via the chat thing, They said it is not an ebay issue but with paypal, So checked my emails and my paypal is suspended also, Please note i have only had both ebay and paypal accounts for a few months and havent really used either that much.

Here is the email I got....

Logged into paypal and it says this.....

Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

31 Aug 2011: For reasons relating to the safe use of the PayPal service we need some more information about some of your recent eBay and PayPal activity.

(Your case ID for this reason is PP-................................

This limitation cannot be appealed against.

Clicked on Resolution Cente button and says...

Limited Account Information
Your account is still limited. Why?

Why on earth has this happened?

I have sent paypal a message about this and currently waiting for a reply, Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? .

i hope that is a made up name, not that it really matters now but you should post your stealth name only on this site :-)

so ebay suspended and submitted docs, and reinstated then paypal limited. I have not seen this exact thing happen before but similar. When either go down, the other follows, usually it is a pp issue and ebay removes your listings and suspends you too, once pp is resolved, eb is up again within 12 hrs...

the pp issue may be due to the ebay one, just took while to filter thru, or the chat rep fiddling with your eb caused pp to look at you or a bot to trigger, or it was just coincidence that pp limitation hit, instead of a week or month down the line..........

Just because eb is ok now does not mean pp is, you have to go all thru it again with submitting same stuff to them now............
