PP Want invoices but i dont have them
 

I have just done my last lot of listings and actually withdrew the money before i got limited

The money is in my bank and items are on the way to customers

So im now addressing the to do list to restore the account ( have to as its my GF's )

I have 2 things outstanding - Provide invoices - well i have owned these goods for a long time and dont have them any more so thats my first prob

The second is proof of delivery some items are still in transit- so that should sort it self.

Oh and 1 more question i didnt send something recorded and the buyer is now complaining, could i just send something the same weight tomorrow then once the tracking shows delivered give that info?

Get creative with invoices second part is easy just submit the tracking info... be ready to have someone be the supplier and then submit it and call pp. And they will verify by calling the supplier. Easy reinstatement

goods are your own stuff, well just explain that, and they will accept it - it has to be believable - 10 of the same pair of sunglasses wont wash!

as for buyer complaint, well depends if youve given it long enough to arrive, yes why not sent a free apology for delay gift if it puts your mind at rest....

What will word be creative enough ?

also they are a few diff items

Do i have to group them together ie 4 diff invoices from diff suppliers or could i have got them all from the same place at the same time ?

careful what you say here about what goods they are, hit edit button.

are they used? then take a pic of them altogether, see if that works first for proof of ownership, even if they are new, just say they are gifts as long as one of each only.

If they are in mutiples then one big order from a supplier could do it as they are all sort of same catagory

Yes they are used, but are in transit so i cant take a pic of them together

All the pics used to sell with are taken in the same room tho im not sure if that would be enough to tell

oh right...try the they are gifts in transit line first, give tracking - hopefully all that plus good feedback will prove it. they basically want to make sure you are not dropshipping.
alternatively you can just give them 1 or 2 receipts

Dont get some of you guys. You want to be a business but dont want to be responsible for receipts of something you have had a while??

If you are going to sell online these days more than a couple items a month you are a business so start operating like one and do it correctly.

If you dont know how to run a business then you should just stop and get a job.

I know, you will say, I know how to do business, Yes you can sell stuff at a profit. whoooooooooo. A monkey could so what. a business is more than just making a profit.

What that is called is a hustle. A Hustle is only a business to a certain group of people.

IF that offended anyone then sorry, It is what it is and we all see it clearly. One of the simplest business practices is to keep records and know your supplier well.

^^^ I have seen OP account, they are only selling few items, mostly used, no quantities, its a simple soft limitation. receipts would be helpful but it can be overcome in this instance...
