Paypal UKBusiness Account Limited Company

Hi Guys,

I have several stealths, and they are ok, however I have just set up a business with a friend of mine, he has a 2008 ebay acc 0 feedback which I have linked to our new business paypal.

However my friend registered our business all his info at my address not his address with companies house, ok not to much of a problem as this can be changed at a later date, however I've done a business paypal all docs sent deposits ect, and then because I registered a limited company with paypal I have to print a barcoded page and fax business documents to paypal, only problem is that it shows my address on the business registration which is a banned address.

Could I edit our paypal to a sole trader ?? Or any other method around this quickly ??

Go online and change the business address to the address you are using on Paypal. They WILL check at Companies House at some stage and this could cause you problems in the long term.

You may want to consider disolving the company and starting again. Limited companies are without doubt the way through but you need to be on the ball and have an exit strategy planned
