I hope you can understand what I am asking, i think I have figured it out inside my head but just wanted to know if anyone could clarify.
What is Vero's level of taking a listing done... of course if your selling knock offs then i can only imagine that you will get the full wrath of ebay and get yourself banned.
What I am asking is does Vero also cover items such as clothing with a picture of lets say a Disney character, where you know your supplier has not paid disney the rights to use that image or an angry bird designed phone cover (angry birds owned by roxio). I just wonder is it getting harder to comply to vero "laws" and if so I think the next step would just be to produce your own brand name and fly with that.

I can only imagine the amounts of money they spend, but this would probably be the best option for a long term goal.
That is why I purchase products with due diligence now and tell my supplier's i do not want items that are associated with something being Disney, angry birds, etc. I think after a solid few years of retailing I may have a crack at a brand name.... here's hoping for a prosperous future.
I do not believe angry birds will get you a vero strike, but "angry birds iphone 4 case" most likely will. I have been selling an angry bird item for over a year now, with no issues and i know some of my competitors are. Apple will take down everything possible fyi
