Invoice Fax - What to Include
 
Can I just use a generic template and add the products/ buyer name?
Or can anyone recommend anything to specifically do from their experiences?

Make sure you have a landline number that they can call. Use Soho66.

If you are going to make up an invoice consider buying a UK domain name so that you can also put their email address on the invoice. Suggest you do not use gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc.

Find an empty industrial unit for the address.

Your invoice must appear totally genuine and contactable to pass muster.

They will probably call the number you give them
