Default Paypal - Bank Account Confirmation

I recently went slightly into the red with one of my PP accounts, fooloishly ignored it and PP ended up removing my bank account, which was a shame as I had to open another.

Since i've added it, it's taking a long time for the the small accounts to go into my account. It's been 5 days now, when it's supposed to take 2-3.

I'm wondering whether this is due to the fact that the deposit has been rejected due to different names. But the bank already accepted the name before on one of my other accounts. Perhaps the bank sees that I have 4 accounts now and are keeping an eye on me?

thats true, its 5-7 days to transfer to bank. it could be that the bank you are using needs the name to match, i read that some banks will not accept deposits if names don't match.

PP says it's 2-3 working days, not 5-7.

The bank account that i'm using is exactly the same as another I have at Natwest that worked fine. So name isn't an issue, unless they now see I have a few accounts and are being stricter
