Changing the prepaid CC address?

ive got an additional card with the same name as paypal(stealth),delivered to my own(real address).

i understand when confirming a card, postcode and house/flat number should match the paypal postcode and flat number.

so can i change the address of the card to the address of my stealth paypal??

yes you can change the address, it will take a day.

so once the address changed(after 1 day) .the billing address is going to be the new 1(stealth address)

even that they send me the card to my reall address. yes??
