i am getting messages asking me if the goods are genuine. what can i reply them with if they are not

Don't reply - just cancel your listings:rant:

what if they have allready paid

Refund them - if they have asked and you know and don't tell - that's deception - that's magistrates

cancel your listings and hand yourself over to the POLICE :amen:

Either that or give a politician's answer.

In other words answer the question without answering it.

list yourself as being on vacation and DO NOT REPLY

If you going to sell items then at least stand by them, Foo-Foo or not
One sure fire way to stop thing like this happening is to not sell s**t in the first place.

exactly that would be i line that i use because all these arrogant people on the forums that are making $30,000 grand a month tell you not to sell foo-foo's but they never help someone else out who wants to go legit. (especially if there are "plenty of items" to sell) it's pure greed I tell ya :amen:

30 grand a month by a 1 man band on ebay.

Almost everyone has had items which are not genuine and has sold them.Before learning how and what to sell and where i could buy it from i sold some non genuine items.But the think was they was the same quality as the genuine one.I made some money and get 100% feedbacks and 4,88 DSR.After that i had the money to buy and sell non vero,not high risk and genuine items.Let say ,i have seen sellers with 200-300 000 feedback selling as a mad non genuine.But its a headache .

but you better make some research.there are plenty of online sites you can buy from and resell in ebay.

If you dont answer them(which is better) ,be sure one of them will report you to ebay and you are burnt.


i prefer -less profit-more items sold-more good feedbacks-less headache with genuine stuff:pop2:

Why is that so many people feel it is acceptable to rip people off by selling counterfeit or VERO items that are not allowed to others and then get the a**e ache when it goes wrong?

Let me if I may just clarify something

There are lots of small people who make very good livings on the venues without selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ foo-foo or anything else you want to call it.

Because they don't choose to share with you every detail of the business they do does not make them liars. I know of people on this forum who make 5 figures a month - every month - I'm one of them - and I NEVER (and NEVER have) sell foo-foo or rip a customer off.

This is the dumbest comment ever. Why would be give our business away to some random person on the internet. This is something that has taken years to research, plan, and perfect, and you want the answers to 30-75k a month in one sentence. Ha. Its not greed, its business.

I'll tell you whats greed, People selling foo-foo at the cost of others in one form or another, in this case the customer has asked if its genuine for a reason so to deliberately lie to make a sale is real GREED

As for the last part of your statement regards never wanting to help out anyone wanting to go legit is rubbish, i personally have offered advice on going legit to forum members, so if your going to shoot your mouth off at least have some clue what your talking about.

You have OBVIOUSLY come into some form of trouble with ebay which brings you to this forum in the first place.. So dont attack the posters when you know they are 100% right with everything they say here.


LOGICALLY,Do you really think someone is going to go through all the years of hard work of making a number of losses etc..to finally find a product that works for them to just come on here and give the info to the first person that asks?? :doh:

Also selling foofoo items is just not on, that is why parcels get seized etc.. and also on of the main reasons why ebay is so hard up on the sellers who actually are doing things right...
Selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ruins the market of the actual orignal version of the items as well.
If you gonna sell these, then you will get burned and deserve to get burned.
