Read that Nat West is ok. Why is hsbc no good?

I have seen it as not recommended in a couple of threads along with Lloyds and Barclays
although i havent had any problems with Barclays

The reason is usually that you cannot rely on them accepting deposits in different names. Certain banks can be relied upon.

We can only tell you what we know. If you choose to ignore it or go your own way that is your right.

No one tells you something is 'bad' because they want to frighten you - they are passing on their knowledge

But it's up to you to do what you feel is right for you

i was doing what i was thinking is right and lost 6 accounts with 1 powersellers:doh:
So thats why i am here and learning from the ghost and stealth people:hail:

Anyway i already opened the HSBC acc and i will see how it works but i was wondered if it doesnt go well, will it ruin my aged accounts or i can just add some other bank to the paypal which is better .Thanks

I do not understand something - why take that risk?

Open a Halifax account on line

Problem solved and no risk

ares8008 10-26-2011 07:19 AM

yes you are right .I wouldnt risk these aged acc for nothing.
I just saw that they have 3 type of acc the first is 15£ fee next one i should pay in 1000£ each month and the last is current.Probably the last one is for me?Do you know how many of them i could open online 2-3?Thanks

You want the Halifax Easycash account - it's free - you can only have 1 I believe
Nat West Basic account is good
Nationwide is good

GT, good info.

However, you are allowed more than one EasyCash. I have two !!

You must spread out your application for them though otherwise it looks suspect. :pop2:
