Just opened a bank account need more info
 

Just opened a a current account with smile on the internet, they have confirmed everything is okay. Just a thought, can I open another account the same within a week or so? Any thoughts or info on where i can easily open multiple accounts? looking for 3-5..nothing more. thank you

Open more current accounts with other banks online - Santander, Natwest, Halifax, RBS.

Once you have got all the paper work through the post, after a few months either apply for a new current online or phone up to ask to open another current account.

There are several things to consider strongly about this.

Do not rush to open these accounts. (Pay attention to the sage advice from GrannyT). Go slowly.

Secondly from the banks recommended here pick banks that allow you to make more accounts online AFTER the first account is created.

Thirdly, what is your plan that you are thinking of 5 bank accounts? There are other options.

Alluding to the 2nd point, looking at the banks suggested by Willkeelham, I would choose Natwest & RBS as proven working banks.

By that I mean 'kind' to those of us that make deposits in other names. Take a moment and think how it will look on paper to race off and make 5 bank accounts in a short time frame.... not recommended.:pop2:
