does paypal use geolocation ip address id?

just purchased auction stealth
good reading, taking in the info before doing anything big.

one thing regarding the address, i live in a semi rural area, and was going to use a virtual office in nearest big city for address id.

question. do these normally beat the paypal system, and do paypal use geolocation for ip address identification or is it just normal ip location,
for example earlier today my ip address showed me in swindon, and last ip address showed me in basingstoke, so how accurate can they be in their ip ID?

Yes virtual address are fine, work well.

I wouldn't worry to much about the I.p location.

My current IP shows Herefordshire - I am 100 miles away and my accounts are all over the UK

It's not an issue

Yeah Mine show just my town and the actual arrow it points to is not even close to me.
