Seller Evaluation
I am soooooo angry!!! :mad2::mad2::mad2:
My one new account was a above standard account.
Now today i see the evaluated my account and its gone to below standard!!:mad2:
Which i had a look at and it is for slow dispatch time... :eek::eek:
The funny thing is i mail my items EVERYDAY and by first class recorded next day delivery?? and now i see i have had 15 out of the 600 items i sell a month on that account that rated me low.
Surely this is unfair to say i am below standard considering all my other dsr ratings are 4.8 or 4.9
Am i at risk of losing this account now?? I really wish ebay actually made it so that if it was a day or 2 after the sale and they receive there parcel that they cant rate low on delivery..:argue: |
