lifting limits - sending in docs
 

Right, I have made my first ebay and paypal stealth wise. Seems to running okay, sold some items on ebay received feedback etc etc, stilling selling. Also paypal verified and all limits are lifted. Am I right that even when I do reach 1650 they will ask for more info?

This is the main question within my thread, I wish to open another account.. ebay and paypal.. and spread sales so I can have 100 sales per account. So do I go about lifting the limits on paypal this time? As i have already used my passport for the first one.

To answer your first question, you won't be asked for any more info as you've sent in the docs already.

Most accounts get a manual review at some point but you won't know about it unless you get limited and asked for docs and supplier info.

When / if they do, would they usually ask for supplier info? As most items sourced from china and I hear paypal are not a huge fan

Never re-use docs - stealth is key
