so I've open another new eBay account and after leaving it a few months and logging in etc I'm ready to sell on it but I've hit a problem.

After doing pin via phone and adding entropay card to the account to pay fee's i then came to a new section well new to me Confirm Identity?

now i have 2 choices verify pay pal and link or send eBay info on my bank account both of which is a massive issue for me and I'm out of bank accounts and find it very hard to get another.

Any ideas guys? is this eBay getting tougher again? i never had this issue on another account just a few months ago?

Why can't you verify your paypal account?

verifying pay pal requires a bank account? which I'm finding it very hard to get at present due to a recently setup debt management plan.

my plan was to use the money i make off eBay to buy items i want and get them delivered, either to keep or sell on, on gum tree etc :)

There's several options still for bank accounts- search the forum.

As for confirm identity request, it is extremely difficult to sell on eBay UK without a verified paypal. Not impossible, just very difficult.
