cant sell - performance related

On 2 of my accounts i cannot sell because of performance. It says that they have slowed me down so i can improve.

The thing is one account has been like this for over a week and my performance ratings wont change as i havnt sold in that time.

How long do these temporary bans last? They will kill me for christmas!

Are they preventing you from listing anything? Or is it just 10 a month allowed?

improve and they should sort it out for you
