Ebay asking to phone me but I don't have the number anymore-Help!
 

Hi,
For some reason ebay tells me that im logging on from a different IP address or computer than usual (im not) and is asking to ring me to give me some digits to confirm.
Unfortunately i dont have that skype number anymore so i bought another one. Now i realise that they aren't giving me the option to add another number (possibly because i changed my secret question answer a few hours ago?),

Where do i go from here please anyone?

I would email or call them telling them that your phone was stolen or broke and your new cell phone does not have that number anymore.

Sometime if you press cancel it asks for bank account number instead

Just phone them through your normal home phone or something. From my personal experience with the Canadian eBay, neither eBay or Paypal links you from the number called as long as you didn't call them with another account recently.

Hang on. Are you trying to sell? That happens sometimes, there is an option to email the code to you. Do you not get that message?

its not always there, but if they press cancel it might ask for bank account number.
