Ok had a few stealth accounts go down this last few months and out of these two have ended in neg PP balance, and even though I have more that 4 places of log on and all different IP and book of stealth taken to the letter. they still seem to be on my trail (bit like in Butch Cassidy & the Sundance kid) so I ask is there a team on my ass, could it be that they blanket say 30 mile area, I sell car/van parts use new photos new wording etc new computers ips address numbers names none connected and DSR was good on most accounts and mid on others the odd neg feedback say 3 in 700 all money refunded if problems. some have been going for years . any feedback would be helpful.

on your trail, yes prob because of the neg balance, if you had paid it off they would not be on safari, and the usual stealth precautions would work, but because you sell the same type of item on each acc, that narrows it down for them on manual review possibly. Difference between just getting banned and being paid up and on other hand banned and owing is big....heard somewhere that credit agencies are used and last digits of bank accs and cards can be used for linkage, not sure of their advanced methods, but would not surprise me if they knew the real you and your aliases via circumstantial evidence.....but it is only when they are totally sure that they use one balance to pay off another in the neg...

Ok thanks for that, Have never used any balances to pay off other accounts and to be honest all details are different, but are in the same town. So how long will they be on safari do you think ?
I have slowed down for now and have been listing from 80 miles away, to see if that helps and I do have 800 different items so do mix them up a bit.

could be a competitor trying to cause you headaches

always use new numbers of each account. have done cash on collections, but no one has come to any of the address on file. but can't ebay doing cash on pick up deal just so they can block the account do have a warehouse maybe should not let them pick up from there do have happy return business.

we all have our views, i would'nt of asked the three questions if i did not believe they could link you.

Interesting there is no one near me doing these parts, are you saying a seller on eBay How am I going find that out

as for the fees never been a problem before as all in stealth names and anyway one was down to a scam

...read what I said, stealth names or not, when you owe them their methods are more advanced and they will forensically look at acc, for slip-ups and similarities, nobody can say for sure which it could be. Competitor yes maybe, there are a few ways they can help take you down, buying from you and causing trouble, setting up in your details and ruining the acc etc etc...we can only give you a few suggestions about what could be the cause

Thanks for the info anyways, as even though have been on eBay for many years can still learn. I thing the beacon issues is getting stronger so now don't go near the emails address
