best match rankings

one of my accounts has suddenly dropped away down the best match rankings, i havent had any bad feedback or 1/2 dsrs, the only thing that happened was a couple of not recieved cases open just before xmas because buyers couldnt wait until after xmas

anyone else experienced this due to cases being open? how long on business account do these cases stay in the best match rankings?
