Using the same bank account from one paypal account to try and verify another paypal account? Of course that would link it, its a no-brainer. You say that paypal have sent you the request they send everyone who has taken over £1650 worth of payments but you've only received £61? Is this a brand new account then?
I dont see why you launching a claim for something you purchased from another ebayer seller would then generate a request for ID docs based on having reached your £1650 annual limit though, maybe its an error? However the request for docs to prove your name and address isnt necessarily anything to worry about, if you can fax / upload them these docs then you've a good chance of having the £1900 limit removed.
If you ignore the request then you'll have to create a new account which will ultimately also get the same request once you reach the £1650 amount which is a precursor to your £1900 annual receiving limit, which is the maximum you can earn without providing proof of ID. |
