How easy to set up new account if you only want to buy
 

I got my Ebay account of 10 years suspended due to a joke auction listing that got banned for being "adult material" lol.

Indefinite suspension.

All I use Ebay for is buying, around 20 items a year. So it is a bit of a pain to not have it available.

As I don't want to sell anything on it any more, is it easier for me to set up a stealth account, as in less likely to be suspended by them?

Also what do I do about my address? If I give a false address then all the things I buy will get sent to that false address. Should I tell each person my real address in a message?

This has put me right off Ebay. They are dishonest, evasive, patronising, arrogant, stupid people who are only surviving because of their good name. Lose that, as they are slowly doing, and they'll drive themselves into a big dark damp hole never to be seen again...

Making a stealth account is not that difficult once you follow the Stealth Book and the advices given here on the forum. As you are setting it for buying, it should be fine if your buying habits are as you say, minimal... In regards to the address, register with an address that you have access to... Telling sellers that you wish to ship to another address sometimes work, and sometimes don't

If the account will be used to buy only, I think its pretty easy :peace:

Still go stealth when doing buying - use alterations of your address if previously suspended - never know when you need to turn the account into a seller's one...
