What are pre paid cards???
 

How do pre paid cards work? do you need a bank account with them? are they able to verify a paypal account?
Also are they free?
Sorry for the questions its just not heard about these cards untill I got the ebay stealth guide and still cant make sense of them.

Prepaid cards are credit cards that have a set balance on them - like those gift credit cards you buy at your local convenience store or bank or wherever. Some of the prepaid cards are virtually done (no physically card to them) hence the term "VCC". They won't VERIFY your account (bank is need for UK verifying) but the prepaid card will CONFIRM your account resulting in higher payment/reception limits and more security of your account.

Other folx will correct me if I am wrong about UK pp verification.

if in UK use entropay

easy to use, set it up in your own name with your bank, then use that card to open another card (in the same account) in your stealth name.
