Refunding a buyer...
Hey there!
A few months ago i sold a pandora bracelet and a few charms over ebay, i posted them and received the money... all well and good or so i thought!
I signed into ebay for the first time today and found that i've been left a few nasty emails and been taken to the resolution centre, the woman is claiming she never received the items and is demanding a full refund from me.
Now i don't shirk my responsibilities and usually i'd pay it straight away and apologize for the inconvenience, but i had the items tracked and they say they got to the lady's local post office just fine, so i really don't believe that she hasn't received them!
I stated this in the resolution centre and ebay STILL went in the buyers favour and now i have to pay her back £75. Like i said, usually i would not mind if i genuinely believed they had been lost in the post as she claims, but the tracking info said they'd been delivered so i really begrudge paying it!
Should i just ignore it or...?
Thanks x
