linking ebay with paypal

Ive not long created my first ever ebay and paypal accounts with stealth details and i have ran into a problem.

I tried to list on ebay and it asked me too link my paypal to my ebay. I confirmed things like phone numbers etc and then it asked me how i will pay my fees. I entered my real bank debot card details but it rejcted them. Why would it reject them?

I'm unsure how to proceed now. Do i need a entropay for this step? :help:

It rejected them probably due to incorrect AVS on the debit card.

PP's AVS is good.
