Hiya, I was recently booted off Ebay/Paypal so have now set up stealth and am having no probs so far (fingers crosed). On my old account i had it logged in on my Blackberry as well as my Email addresses. Will it be ok to add my new email and paypal accounts to this same phone or could this compromise things?
Any help will be much appreciated :-)
Cheers

email should be ok (block image loading of course) but avoid the e/b and p/p apps as these recognise the phone used to log in. You can check this in the p/p profile, the phone name will be listed as being registered for push notifications.
No I would NOT recommend that, Ebay/Paypal will be able to Identify your phone and link the accounts, you can access the email without opening Pictures

I can second the above..i use all my email accounts on my iphone but never once havei or will i log onto my PP EB accounts on my phone. The email to your phone tells you it has sold then use your computer to send it ect.
Do you think logging on Ebay sites on phone is that risky? How different is it from using a 4g/3g stick on PC after cleaning cookies, history, flash, etc? The cleaning part can be easily done in phone too..on 3g/4g. The tethering process displays similar IP, right?
Yes i suppose it would be ok using the browser but i think it would leave you open to more errors when swithcing accounts ect but if its just for one account im sure it would be fine.
I personally use an iphone app called "logmein ignition.' It is a VNC client that allows me to access my computer with my phone as long as they are both on wifi. Its pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it and it almost runs at the same speed as what is actually happening on your laptop. So basically no matter where I am, I will be using the same IP address.
This, in combination with 'plain text' ebay email notifications, allows me to be (seem) pretty quick on my feet.
I wish I could control an outlet from my phone :(
