Ebay selling monetary versus quantity selling limits
 

Hi i opened my private account on Ebay and Paypal, i then upgraded my Paypal account to a business account and my selling limit allowance was automatically uplifted on my Ebay account from 100 to 249, (odd number i know but Ebay is Ebay),

Now my question is this:- why would they increase the selling limit and not the money intake limit? Has anyone else had anything like this happen, and if they went over their Ebay monthly allowance monetary limit what happened.
