can paypal link a new account to and old personal website

Hi all, newbie here.
I was wondering if anyone could through some light on weather PayPal can link to websites. What it is, having recently been closed down by eBay and paypal I have been lucky enough to set up again through a family's details, complete new identity and al that is running fine. My problem is I also have a profitable website that used to accept payments through my old banned PayPal, I have been reluctant to put my new PayPal on my website for fear of linking, I would of course use a different email address for payments, but is it possable for them to link through url's or anything like that, I don't want to risk screwing up my ebaying.
thanks and apologys if this is posted elsewhere.

take a look at e-junkie.

it can come on top though with an old website if someone opens a dispute and mentions the website in the resolution center
