buying of ebay.
 

Hi, I have made a new ebay account, My old one got banned. There are stuff that i need to buy of ebay but i set a random address. How would i go about giving the person my address without ebay catching on.

Most sensible thing would be to have a 'proper' address. :rolleyes:

I put a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name in the address would i be safe to change it to my own address and put the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name in my own address when i'm buying stuff.

different name might be name is ok with banned address, just for buying, not selling, if it has been a while, maybe a year since being banned, eg people move. They may kick you off but it is worth a try, after all you do not need to add a bank, just a card, and real card should be ok as the postcode matches.

For extra safety maybe use a house name instead of number and put a plaque up, or an 'A' after door number, or the door number in brackets maybe, do a test with letter. I had one that instead of eg 55 it was 055, dunno if it would work nowadays....

as long as you wasn't scamming ppl or something then i think you aint got much too to worry about

still though there is a risk but if the rep has any brains they would leave you be,as long as your spending money

@2011trapstar, while I know folx who have buying accounts with suspended info...pp MAY block you so you need to vary stuff there...also, don't try to sell with the account later because you MAY become suspended.

buyer accounts usually do not get grief, but forumers have reported sometimes they do, so to be on safe side, maybe change something small, but so the package still gets to you.

different name,phone,date of birth all the basic info and keep same address

ok so i guess i should create a new ebay and pp stealth acc.. for buying with an different details but real address... ok

cuz i cant create a new ebay and use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ pp to pay for my order.. all needs to be much up as one person
