Business account vs private account.
 

Hi, I have 19 stealth accounts, and just created 3 more. everything has been going well. All the accounts are private and I usually tend to hit my limit within a week, 100 items or.. the 3500 Limit. However here is the problem. I was going to upgrade to a business account, (ebay) when my friend who is also stealth. Told me i'd get caught this way. he claims ebay check you more frequently if you are on a business account than they do private. as do paypal. is this true? I read the book countless times and just dont see that mentioned tho. it's never really stated (as far as I can remember. currently on my college pc so cant reread it) if theres any difference stealth wise between private or business. any advice?

Pointless post. It was awhile back I read it now. I should reread but I wont be at home with that pc for awhile. Can you answer the question or?

BTW. If you have the guide you need to contact a mod with your reg key and get them to update your details as your not showing as subscribed member.

With 19 accounts each selling 100 items in a week I would think you'd be pretty clued up on all things e/b by now:yar:

I cant agree with the advice your friend gave you.

Business accouts have a big edge for me. That said it depends on the manner in which the account is operated.

Have a look at posts by GrannyT. She has commented on the viability of business accounts frequently:D

Thank you GreenBean. I've emailed the link you put too. I'm also purchasing amazon stealth today. Tho i've heard thats quite abit harder than ebay.

Been a bit of talk over the past weeks about personal/business accounts especially for the UK

It comes down to the volume of selling & wether you want paypal/ebay at your back. It comes down to the account creation and operation.:juggle:

Yeah, I think if I keep selling 100 items in such a quick succession they'd expect me to go business anyway lol.
