i wanted to know if i create a stealth ebay and paypal account and the account is doing well but after a few months paypal ask for documents. what do i do?

Hi, I have been permanently banned by ebay who told paypal to ban me for re-selling something I bought from Ebay!! They said it was counterfeit. I didn't know it was as I paid a lot for it and was told it was genuine!!

I am trying to get back on. I want to know what to do when they ask to see utility bills, passport etc?

Hello GreenBean, They said I have been permanently banned from using ebay and paypal as I am a threat to the ebay community for selling a pair of shoes I bought from Ebay! They said a VERO user had informed them it was counterfeit. I wasn't aware that it was. It's so unfair. I don't know what to do because I relied on ebay for my income. I am happy to pay for help to get back onto ebay and paypal. But I don't know how to provide the documents, proof of id and utility bills. Thank you Bill.
