Using used dongles for e/b ?
 

Right i won a job lot of stuff recently, included in the lot were some 3 dongles which are "used" - my question is could i still make use of them dongles for e/b accounts?

My plan was to buy fresh 3 sims and stick them in the dongle - i'm aware the MAC address is changable on the dongles but theres no need for that since e/b doesn't deal with MAC as of yet.

So basically are these useless dongles? or can i still use them?

Be interested to see if anyone else bought "used" dongles before and operate under them.

a dongle without a sim in it? that is ok.

even if it had a sim in it, it would still get new ips upon each shut down

Yep, every time it boots you will get another ip address, I'm using O2 for one of my accounts....just make sure your pc doesn't start using your router, as most systems will use available routers by default..
