If they are both on the same IP Address they will be linked. Also one complaint on low feedback with any type of highly c@unterfeit product will give you major problems, and then if they are both linked as I mentioned above they will both go down.
My plan is to sell 1 high risk item every 2 weeks on my account. If i offer a 'Second chance offer' and it sells - would this be classed as 2 sales??? or is it part of the same sale???
Basically, i am trying to ask if second chance offers are a no no?? or are they ok?
Second chance, it depends on the age of the account. If you're dealing with high risk items, maybe only use after returns. Quick back to back sales of the exact same high risk item could draw bot attention.
Outside of the above, you're strategy to remain under radar should be... . However, a manual review after a few improperly handed high risk item dispute cases would most likely toast either of these accounts or both if linked somehow.

the fact you sell 1000 household item will not stop your 1 item been detected, as usual it all depends on the products, how rife it is and how active the copy right holder is in pulling listing at the time you list and on account that is 10 feedback strong could = disaster for the two account in one foul swoop.
100 feedback is nothing and probably has nothing to do with vero been pulled, it might give you a little breathing space but for long standing account i think not.
