will i get suspended?

i have ebay uk seller account for 4 months now and also sell international from ebay uk, but now an agreement terms has been coming up before i can list an item which is posted international too. if i agree with this terms will my account be suspended if i "don't" use paypal as payment method to pay ebay fees?

pls advise

think cross border agreement has got to do only with paypal, not to do with ebay and how you pay, not seen anything that says you cannot make a one time payment via card.
