selling on ebay -- GNU license

i sell gnu licensed programs on ebay, even though at the bottom of the page listing i clearly state that item is licenced under GNU license, ebay still keeps removing it, any suggestions what i can do?

ther are many other sellers who been selling the same for many years and there account has never been suspended or closed

Do not keep relisting the same stuff if e/b keep removing it.
