removing and adding card on paypal
 

i have 2 cards added to one of my paypal account, and then if i removed one of the card from that account and added it onto other fully verified paypal account, will my fully verified paypal account be suspended.

also, will my poypal account be suspended if i have same card details ( but stealth name and address) on both paypal accounts?

Once a card has been added to an account p/p will not allow it to be used on any other accounts.

if i change my paypal address will paypal suspend my account or ask for documents requests?

Quite possibly

1. Can't reuse old card info - you may not be suspended but it could cause problems later if you are - you will be linked.

2. Again - maybe not but if 1 goes down, then the other is likely to follow.
