Selling Limits
 

I have a business ebay and pp account, both verified, 100% top rated status but a selling limit of 60 items per month, the account used to be unlimited and had 100s items on there, had some low DSRs and was hit with 32, then 45 and now 60 items per month.
Is there a way to increase this? I have piles of stock I need to list. This account is not stealth, it's a friends. I went on webchat and they said I need to wait 90 days, even though it is top rated in good standing.
Am I better off opening a stealth account? my previous stealth had no limits after a while until it got linked!!
It all seems to be pot luck, but I cant keep opening bank accounts, may need to use a virtual account for the next stealth.
Is there a quick way to increase selling limits?
