UK Bank Accounts US Paypal or Canadian Paypal

Hi everyone;

Is is possible to use UK bank account to verify a US Paypal or Canadian Paypal?
It shows on the Stealth Book that Canadian Paypal accepts UK bank account.
If not, any other countries' paypal accept UK accounts?

You cant use UK bank account for Canada PP.
