what is going on?
 

hi everyone

i am not new here, been on here for years (new user name)

i have tried to make a few new ebay/paypal accounts

first 2 were banned right away (tried to sell instantly)

so i made another one, and was going to sell a few days later, I made it into a seller account (entropay card) and then left it alone.

2 hours later it got banned

I have just been slapped with a MC003 (whatever that means)

they want photo id off me

its a brand new account, new windows user, new ip, new entropay card, new gmail, new paypal, new address

anyone else encounter this? I find it very strange

why would i get banned if nothing links?

i have never had this in the 3 or 4 years i have been stealth

When did you last make a successful stealth account.

New accounts are getting these types of suspensions.

last time i made one was 1 month ago. i made 2 actually

Yoy made it into a seller account using an Entropay card without actually listing anything - FAIL.

Link a verified pp account and only create a seller account when you list your first item.

Its what you're doing and the order that you are doing it in that is causing the problem.

i listed a item, but ended it right away. always done this. and never had any problems.

anyway i am going to try and make another later on. and try what you said

what is a MC003 anyway? searched google and can only find 'MC003 A28'

and no one has spoke about a MC003 on here before.

Think about it - it is not "normal" for a new eBay user to set up a seller account without actually listing anything. It just doesn't happen. Hence the response asking you to supply docs - they are suspicious of you (in an automated risk based calculation type way :p )
