PAYPAL SUSPESION ? Experts advise needed
 

Hi Guys,

I have been running a Paypal account outside of ebay to receive payment for products and recently also started selling on ebay...

just before reaching my limits i sent docs to lift limits and that was 2 dyas ago

This morning i received the following email form ebay:

You have received £1,900 or more in total payments to your PayPal account
in this calendar year. PayPal is required by law to comply with European
Union Anti-Money Laundering regulations by collecting information from
customers when they receive more than £1,900 in total payments within a
calendar year. Until you provide us with the information we need, your
account will be limited. You won’t be able to send or withdraw any money
using PayPal, however, you may still be able to receive payments.

When PayPal limits an account, your funds may be held until we've confirmed
your identification as set out in our User Agreement.

1. Log in to your PayPal account at https://www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click "Resolution Centre", and complete all required steps.

Once all the steps have been completed, we will review your PayPal account

Centre for more information or to contact Customer Service

We appreciate your business and apologise for any inconvenience.

What i dont understand is why would i receive this after i have already uploaded docs ?

I logged in the account to the resolution section and it clearly shows that my docs have been uploaded successfully 2 days ago.

Could this be an a mistake from paypal?

if not would it help if i call them?

if i decide to call them would it be ok to buy an new sim card and call them form a new mobile number the number although its not the same number registered on my paypal ?

i know i have a lot of questions but would appreciate some guidance.

give it more than 2 days, if it is all definately uploaded leave it a bit longer, you can call after a week maybe, heard it can take weeks or be done almost instantly, depends.....any phone number is fine as long as it is not associated with a banned acc.

I will wait im just worried also because since posting my latest product on eBay my sales went through the roof in the past couple hence me passing the receiving 1900 limit

Is it also not true that if you send a message to paypal they will reply within the next 48 hours at least that what normally happens wright?

You just need to be patient - you need to understand that Paypal work in what is called 'Paypal Time'. This bears no relationship to normal time - thus 48 hours might be 7 days in 'Paypal Time'

No one knows the real relationship to normal time as it changes every day
