Paypal guest any protection when buying
 

Hi, ive got a new supplier who will only accept paypal,i have a address for my paypal account but i carnt get the ammount of stock i will be ordering sent to that address

If i pay by paypal guest and use my old suspended address will this be ok and will i get buyer protection? ive used paypal guest to buy a few thing from DX before but only for $30/$40 ,the stock im buying now will be $1000+ a time every week or so

I really doubt this - pp protection is more for eb purchases...or if your supplier is verified and solid in the pp system (VERY few sellers are fully solid with pp).

Ive been searching through paypal forums and the mods on there say you carnt file a normal dispute ,you have to email customer service with the transaction id and the credit card you paid with,i probably wont even need the protection i just dont want to risk loosing a grand to someone i carnt find

I think theres a limit on how many times/how much i can spend whilst being a paypal guest aswell

You can file a dispute with paypal as a guest - CONFIRMED.

why not make a charge back against paypal LOL

I have also filed a dispute with PayPal Guest successfully (item didn't arrive) BUT that was via eBay. I called PayPal directly to log the complaint, quoting the transaction ID rather than doing it online.

For this situation though, you will quickly hit the limits as I have recently done - from searching around, there appears to be a $4000 limit on guest accounts at which point they insist you start a proper PP account.

Make sure that any card you use for the guest account is considered trashed for stealth!
