I have given them the 2 bank deposits and still limited
see pics below and what do I do just wait or am I missing something else?

I cant believe the anti money laundering has imposed a £1900 a year limit to PayPal
as that's only £35.50 a week

yes you were right it takes 2 days ...I though it was instant but seems like they like to make u wait.
