shadow | 06-15-2012 06:04 PM | Are you an actor? (then prove it!). - Maybe some helpful advice. This is my opinion, and from tons of experience (and phone credit).
When having a problem on PayPal, for example a limitation. NEVER let it sit, and NEVER let it go to the back office (review team).
Countless times i've had accounts suspended with certain documents, yet when i call up on other accounts (with the same documents) they seem to verify it then and then.
I don't know if many of u read my thread about when PayPal left the phone on to me and i heard all they were saying, and how in such little time they branded my account as a 'risk' and attempted to suspend me. To avoid such risks like this one you need to first verify your account before reaching the receiving limit. If you call up with documents submitted before you have reached the 1.9k receiving limit then they will verify ur documents over the phone. If they say they have sent it to the back office, say thank you, then call up again. Eventually someone WILL do it over the phone. I have done this with over 100 accounts, you just need to act it out (act stupid) "Oh where can i find the upload button" etc.
Hope this helps, as it has done me!. |
