PayPal account limitation appeal denied
 

Hello, I have my own T-shirt business and I have been selling on eBay for about 6 months. Everything vent fine until now... Before 1 week PayPal limited my account and I have sent correct info to them. My PayPal business account is not stealth with real info. However today I have received email from them that appeal is denied. I do not understand why they did that. I am very upset now and I am going to call them tomorrow to find out what was wrong. Do you guys have any ideas about this? Is there's any chance I could fix the account? Thank you a lot for your thoughts.

Your chances of getting this account reinstated are very slim indeed.

Best course of action would be to familiarise yourself with how to operate stealth paypal accounts. Reading the forums and buying the guide would be an excellent starting point.

Sadly it is not usual for paypal to change their minds.

Did you have any troubles? What was the reason?

I had few accounts on my PC before one year and they are limited.
But they do not have any association with my current accounts only the same PC. Also I have another eBay account with a different name and I am using it to sell too. I have called to PayPal and they asked me to send business plan to them and resolve some cases then my limitation could be appealed. Maybe anyone knows how to make a business plan and how it should look like? Thanks very much.

Sorry to hear that mate. Obviously very frustrating when that happens....many here have been in your situation.

Give them a call and see what you can pry out of them. Ask to speak directly to the limitations team in ireland. Although, as GB has said...it's very unlikely they'll change their minds.

One thing i'll advise is don't jump straight into stealth. I know you want to go right ahead now and open a new paypal account and ebay account and start relisting those items but don't. Read around on the forum and familiarise yourself with stealth. Otherwise you're just going to make an avoidable mistake and link your new accounts to the old one....which which get you back in the same place again. This is exactly what i did before discovering this forum.

People are very helpful....but just take a breather and get reading around on here.

I just dont understand why they limited my account.. I did nothing bad. I have spoken to business department in Ireland and he seemed to nice.and helpful so I am gonna try to make a business plan. Going back on stealth would not be a solution because I will not be able to list many auctions...

You may need to hire a business consultant for that if you plan on going BIG.

Yes, pp can block accounts even if nothing bad is happening...sometimes they don't think very well :( I feel your situation.
