Forced to upgrade to business acct

Hi

Could anyone please offer their experienced advice.

EB have recently restricted my editing & relisting ability as they want me to upgrade to a seller acc't within just under a week.

Will this be a simple form procedure & is there a chance they will require me to phone them?

any advice is much appreciated

Straight forward, no issues, just upgrade the account, no need to call them or them to call you.

what is the history on this account ?

you have had the account for less than a week ? or you need to upgrade in less than a week ?

it a good account with just under a year of history.
over 1000 FB.
