My name suspended can I use my daughters
 

I know there are some old posts on this subject, but can't see any recent ones.
My name & address are suspended on eBay & PayPal. One of my daughters who lives at home has never had an eBay account, the other has a buying account only, but only connects through her mobile when she's at Uni.
Would it be safe to register a seller account on eBay & PayPal account in the daughters name that hasn't got an account, or will she get linked.
I realise I will have to use another IP as the house IP is used on another of my stealth accounts.
I would want to sell similar products to the suspended account.
Any helpful comments appreciated.
