old ebay account

hi huys..
well just found a old ebay account jan09.
Registered as a Business Seller
feeback just below 200.
last used as seller april 2009
last use as a buyer april 2011
now not sure why it did not get banned when i got most of my ebay and pp accounts culled.
it is not linked to any paypal accounts ( i think i unlinked it before the culling )
and not sure what pp account it was linked to.
when i bought in 2011 ( changed the name and address when stopped useing it ) i used my real pp account like im using right now on another ebay account for buying.PS never had any problems with buying.
the account has not got my real name and address on it,

so what can i do with it.
if i change the account to my real name and address..what wil hapen
if i link it to my real pp account..will it get banned..(i did have real ebay seller accounts linked to my real pp account that did get banned)
and what will happen to my real pp account..
