Hi all. I sold a working iPhone on eBay the guy who bought it had it over 2 weeks then complained that the phone wasn't working and that it had a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ LCD which was a complete lie he then opened a dispute and won, it then took weeks to get the phone back from him when I received it back the LCD wasn't sitting in the frame properly inner parts were missing the sim tray wasn't there and he even kept the box (he buys and sells phones) even tho I had proof the phone wasn't like that when I sold it to him he still got his money back,eBay said they would take action against him but he's still trading on eBay,
My guess is eBay was getting fees from his trading so didn't want to upset him

this kind of thing is rife to be honest.

Swallow it and move on.

Hard catogory to sell in the say the least.

much better of selling face to face if its a one off, if not find something else to sell.

report it to ebay, he will do it to others and if nobody reports it then he will not get banned...it may not help you, and it may not get him banned straight away, but if one or more others give ebay same story, then maybe.....

You do get a lot of scammers in the mobile phone category.......... seen it all.

Best is to report it or contact other buyers that have sold similar items to yours and has done the same thing...............

That sucks, unless your built like a brick house :)

Never understood that saying, i know its supposed to mean HUGE MEAT HEAD but Brick **** houses are small.
