Do you have to be vero member to take down other auctions ?
 

Someone apparently member of vero team got some of my auctions taken down on a legit acc for supposedly copying there design on some underwear .

I got the design from somewhere else. Tons of people use it. its just some competitor trying to take me down.

Question is they arent even a big company do you have to be a vero member to get other peoples stuff taken down or can them simply complaining to ebay and saying they own the rights get my stuff taken down ?

I think its unfair how ebay just took them down and give me the warning so easily. i doubt the other people even owns rights. do they have to prove it to ebay before my stuff gets taken down ?

here's what to do.. Buy something from them, once you get it, write down their address.

now with their address, create a new stealth Ebay account and register any name with that address.. start selling a bunch of junk and get your Ebay limited.. once they limit and destroy your account.. that other persons account will go down as well, since it is linked to your new Ebay by the address.

now you got rid of the other person.. lol

that will eliminate that person for good.

If you are copying their pictures, listing, etc, then the member reported you. If this is the case you deserve it, and the other member has all the right in the world to do this.

If you are selling phake merchandise the VeRO owner reported you. If this is the case, stop.

The design of the graphics and advertisement, or the design of the underwear?

the takedown notice, will give you a clue as to who got it taken down, sometimes it the rights owner, or they are vaguer and it is 'other' parties..

yes I got this, re design being I.P, but they pick on me and not supermarkets that sell similar and where acually I bought these on a sale promo to sell on, go figure...
