1 Working ebay account!Others doh!!!!
 

hi there. New to the site so hi to all, so please bear with me if i got sidetracked. Been on ebay for the last 10 years or so and had numerous accounts. Only recently over the last couple of years been getting my account selling restricted due to the dsr ratings killing me on posting.

Anyway, long story short had several ebay accounts all now restricted and now cant sell at all. I know the error of my ways now and will be only selling items I have in stock and all items are legit so no issues with that side of it. I set up an account in my wifes name about 6 months or do ago and managed to change the address to my work address, telephone number etc and seperate paypal account and all other details, as was panicking when i started receiving notification my other ebay accounts were being restricted.


This account still seems to be ok as ebay have not linked it to my other restricted accounts and my wife is able to sell the odd thing without restriction.

Want to start selling again on ebay myself but unsure whether or not it is safe to use my wifes ebay as dont want to trash the account, so the question is this, should i create a new account and start from scratch or simply use my wifes? As I said not selling dodgy items or anything but really unsure what to do.
I have the stealth book and a credit card not used on ebay or paypal so know what to do, just the items i wish to sell are quite varied, so would this be a bonus? eg got a stuffed parrot to sell and old books!!

Start from scratch - go stealth - don`t use wife`s and cause potential problems.

First of all, you need to figure out why you're losing so many accounts to DSR issues.

If your wifes account is not linked toyou in anyway whatsoever and you have the stock then i see no reason why you can not use her account.

However you should still create back ups and work on them and build them up slowly as well.

new accs are not restricted to 10-25 items a month, so you need to build them up. Along with strengthening your wifes too.

Stealth can only get you back on ebay....you have to learn how to maintain accounts to ebay's standards if you want long lasting success :juggle:
