best thing to do here?
 

sold an iphone the other day and buyer paid .

i refunded and asked to send payment via paypal to my other paypal.

so he did that. i sent the iphone.

now he claimed the payment saying its not good condition bla bla.. my paypal is in negative like £300..

what should i do? thanks

You refunded.

He paid again.

He got the phone.

You now have -£300 less in paypal.

What's missing?

sorry basically he paid through ebay to my paypal A but i refunded and asked to pay to paypal B.

so he paid to paypal b through paypal

i then sent the phone he got it but opened a case on paypal now my balance is -£300.

i got tracking and wrote it in paypal.

is that clear now guys? sorry for confusion im not well at structuring lol

i responded saying that i clearly wrote in description how it is so you shouldnt of bidded if you werent sure and i provided proof of tracking.

your acc is in neg but it is held and not refund yet?

you may have to get it sent back to you with tracking. If you do not and stand your ground re description, you may win but you might lose and then buyer may get to keep phone and funds....up to you to choose

correct oompa. its held so paypal still have to make a decision. the buyer asked to return it and i said ok so just waiting on his reply.

Basically all you can is request refund and make sure item returned is correct.

he sounds alright but oh well lets see i guess.

So if that case happened to me and I received brick instead of iphone, what should I do? Contact small claims court?

I just got the phone today in original condition. Buyer is trustworthy

I am a bit confused now..............by refunding the buyer from Paypal A and getting him to pay into Paypal B, haven'y you linked both accts and its a matter of time befor PP are onto you or am I missing something here.....................:pop2:

lol yeah i was silly but these were accs were from before and not stealth. im just getting started on my stealths and gonna do it properly :)

Why wud you want to get your non-stealth acct banned.

its an account that was already linked but its working fine so obviously cant really rely on it..

he might or he might send you another more damaged phone back.

Did you take any photos of your old phone imei and serial ?

Anyway , if that happens you could always open your own dispute.

really don't get why people use ebay to sell phones.

last time i checked (lastweek) my s2 was worth more at envirophone or was it mazuma,so was my mates htc, either way you get more than you do on eby .

thats true and thats what i was worried about but i got my phone in original condition and everything else with it back how i sent it.

and i kind of hate them envirophone and mazuma sites. just before iphone 5 was out i checked my iphone 4s was worth a whopping 270 quid now its gone down to 190...
